Dear fellow HCPs, I invite you to join us in the next cohort of the Leadership Incubation Program for Health in Ethiopia.

This program is a unique opportunity for not only for professional development but also for developing self – mastery. Through virtual and online training, shadowing opportunities with top leaders, and individual coaching sessions, LIP-H aims to nurture and develop competent and effective leaders in the healthcare sector. You will have the chance to learn from experts like Dr. Solomon Worku and Mr. Mekdela Mekuria, as well as others in the field. But more than just training, LIP-H also provides opportunities to showcase your success stories and projects. You will have a chance to pitch your project to the minster, state minster and LEOs to influence the policy and decisions.
I am a proud graduate of cohort 6 and a trainer for the program, and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to the system.Join us and be a part of this impactful program.
[The program participants were selected by the Federal Ministry of Health Ethiopia and its stakeholders through a public notice followed by written application and interview which was only limited to federal institutions such as federal hospitals, authorities like EPSA, FDA, and others, and regional bureau.
However, I am pleased to share that the MoH has recently drafted a plan to expand the program as the High Impact Leadership (HIL) Program for health.
The HIL Program comprises six sub-program components: Strategic High Impact Leadership (SHIL), Mid-Level High Impact Leadership (MHIL), Front-Line High Impact Leadership (FHIL), High Impact Clinical Leadership Improvement (HI-CLIP), and High Impact Leadership Incubation (HI-LIP).
It is essential for you to follow official websites/social media accounts of Federal Ministry of Health Ethiopia, International Institute for Primary Health Care – Ethiopia (IPHC-E) and your institution, as the program aims to include leaders at all levels.]
